3. Quotes Are Not a Guarantee of Coverage

4. Accuracy of Your Information
You're responsible for giving us accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or applying for coverage. If information turns out to be incorrect or incomplete and it causes a problem with your policy or a claim, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve it as soon as we're made aware of it. Final decisions about coverage and claims remain with the carrier.
5. No Broker Fees
Wilkerson Insurance Agency never charges you a separate broker fee. We're paid through commissions from the insurance carriers we place coverage with.
6. Purchasing Coverage
You cannot purchase or bind a policy directly through our website. Every policy is set up through a conversation with one of our licensed agents to make sure your coverage and enrollment are handled correctly.
7. Cancelling a Policy and Free-Look Periods
If you wish to cancel a policy, your cancellation request must be submitted in writing directly to the insurance carrier, not to Wilkerson Insurance Agency. Free-look periods, if available, are governed by the terms of your specific carrier's policy, not by Wilkerson Insurance Agency.
8. Claims and Enrollment Assistance
We're glad to help you understand your options, complete an application, or work through a claims question. However, the decision to approve, deny, or pay a claim, and the decision to issue or decline coverage, is made entirely by the insurance carrier.
9. Minors and Dependents
We can help enroll a minor dependent on a family or group health plan. All communication, decisions, and paperwork involving a minor must go through a parent or legal guardian; we do not interact directly with anyone under 18.
10. Referral Programs and Third-Party Links
Wilkerson Insurance Agency is listed as a referral resource through programs such as the Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) network. This is a referral relationship only and does not involve sharing your information with that program. Our website may also link to carrier websites and other third-party resources; once you leave our website, that provider's own terms and privacy practices apply.
